Hopper Suite |
Sleeping up to 5 persons,
the Hopper Suite is ideal for a family or group of friends.
It comprises a suite of two rooms one of which is large with a double bed recess in one end and a lounge area
with television and tea / coffee making facilities. Adjacent to this room and joined by a private
corridor is a room with a double and single bed. These two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and separate shower
which is entered off the private corridor.
The Hopper Suite enjoys beautiful views over the mill yard across the Bay of Ireland towards the island of Hoy.
This suite provides spacious private accommodation and is very popular
with groups and families or couples who wish space and privacy. A cot can be provided upon request.

Malting Floor |
Sleeping up to 3 persons, the Malting Floor has an ensuite shower
room and toilet. There is a king-sized bed and a single bed. The room has a television and tea / coffee making facilities.
The room looks out over the millburn on one side and the mill yard, Scapa Flow, and the Hoy hills on the other. This is a large
room and suits a couple as double, twin or a small family.

Mill Burn (Master Bedroom) |
Sleeping up to 2 persons, the Master Bedroom Mill Burn has a
king-sized four poster bed and an ensuite shower room and toilet. Television and tea / coffee making facilites are provided.
This is a large room with antique furnishings and a very pleasant view over the mill burn where wild trout and ducks can be seen.

Mill Race |
Sleeping up to 2 persons, the Mill Race overlooks the mill yard and the Hoy hills,
this cosy room has an antique bed, television, tea / coffee making facilities and has an adjacent private bathroom.
This room is a short distance from the guest lounge.

The Stone Room (Guest Lounge) |
The Stone Room is the guest lounge where three
grinding stones are still in situation. There is a comfortable suite, television,
tea / coffee making facilities and a DVD player. This is a peaceful room with a difference. |

The Gear Room (Dining Hall) |
The Gear Room is the dining hall and is situated opposite
the front hall on the ground floor. The gears of the mill are in open view and the original flag stone floor has
been relaid as it was when the building was in daily use grinding crops. There is antique furnishings and various interesting
artefacts displayed. The room has a peaceful atmosphere where guests chat happily about their days exploits. |
